COFI Services maintains a secured and fully-insured warehouse where we receive, inspect, store, and manage short-term staging needs and long-term storage for a client’s office furniture inventories. Many projects are comprised of multi-vendor orders eliminating the option to drop-ship direct to the customer. Our warehouse receiving services include freight inspection, product count verification, and arrival notifications.

Receiving and Inspection of New Product
Our 131,000 sq. ft. facility houses primarily short-term and long-term inventory. Our location is equipped with loading docks and spacious shipping and receiving areas to facilitate furniture inspection upon arrival. The receiving process includes verifying product count upon receipt, creating a load folder for each delivery, communicating product receipt to selling dealer, communicating freight damage, locating furniture to delivery staging areas or storing in bays if delivery is delayed.

Storage of New/Surplus Product
Quite often the logistics of a corporate move, office reconfiguration, construction, or expansion/reduction can be a challenge. We work closely with clients and manufacturers to coordinate short-term or long-term furniture storage. Storage is available as needed or with monthly contract rates. Interim warehousing is available for receiving of new product when construction delays occur.

Product Deliveries
Because our warehouse is conveniently located in downtown Houston near major interstate highways, COFI Services is able to accommodate small or large inventory deliveries to your location. We offer storage, moving, delivery and trucking options with our own fleet of delivery vans and trucks.
